PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are typically:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to customs delays, local postal services, or carrier issues.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. VYRA Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
