If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it quickly. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or refund.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 14–30 days of delivery (depending on the product type and condition).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet return eligibility requirements (unused, original condition, and packaging).

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
